Record Grades: -We are not professional graders, but we endeavor to ensure we properly describe our used items with the following: Poor= Record is heavily scratched and does not play.  Fair= Record has many scratches, and plays with some skipping.  Good= Record has scratches and plays well.  Very good= Record has minimal scratches and plays well.  Mint= Mint! Cover / Sleeve Grades: -We are not professional graders, but we endeavor to ensure we properly describe our used items with the following: Poor= Cover is torn, split, written on, etc.... and is not in usable shape. Fair= Cover has many issues (ex. Cover is torn, split, written on, etc), but still holds its integrity. Good= Cover has some issues (ex. scratches, rounded corners and edges, ringwear), but does not affect the integrity and look too badly. Very good= Cover has minimal issues (ex. slight scratches, rounded corners, minor ringwear) Mint= Mint!

When you make a purchase from Sherwood Thrift Store, you (the Buyer) agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1.      All Sales are Final: Sherwood Thrift Store does not accept returns… nor do we provide exchanges or refunds (unless otherwise stated in the ad) of purchased items.

 

2.      Taxes and Duty Fees: The buyer assumes responsibility for the payment of any applicable taxes and custom fees. Sherwood Thrift Store is not responsible for those fees.

 

3.      Shipping: Sherwood Thrift Store uses Canada Post to ship our items. Shipping prices are based on current Canada Post Rates as well as costs incurred for materials and labor by Sherwood Thrift Store to safely and efficiently ship items to the buyer. The buyer assumes all risk for items that are shipped using regular mail services (i.e. shipping types that do not use tracking services). If the buyer would like to expedite and / or use “tracking” for their item, then please contact Sherwood Thrift Store BEFORE you purchase. In addition, we are happy to provide “combined shipping”. Once again, please email before you purchase! If you do not, we will not be able to create a combined invoice for you (due to the limitations of the purchasing system).

 

4.      Item Descriptions: Before Sherwood Thrift Store list our items, we perform a visual inspection. From there, we provide a description to ensure an item’s positive and negative attributes are available for our customers to make an informed buying decision. We use a basic system of Poor to Mint. If you have a question that we haven’t answered in our description…email us before you make the purchase.

 

5.      Item Marked “Factory Sealed”: An item that is marked “Factory Sealed” is considered “a collectible”, and therefore, cannot be returned by EBay rules and regulations. Additional items that are considered factory sealed: (a) “graded” trading cards that are in a sealed plastic case.
