Jacket in loose, torn shrink with hype sticker and some light wear at open end for NM-, original unique sleeve included. Disc VG+, I think it probably looks a bit worse than that (one side overall clean with some hairlines and the other with some pretty noticeable scratches/markings) but plays rather well (tested) as the wear seems to be pretty superficial and the surface noise is only prominent in between tracks.
