There has been a real focus on the work of Ultramagnetic MC's in the last year, with a number of their hottest 7"s (mostly thanks to the polished work of of the later and great producer Paul C) being reissued. Now, the American hip hop gang from the Bronx, founded by Kool Keith in 1984 with additional members Ced Gee, TR Love and Moe Love, have their Critical Beatdown album reissued as a newly expanded edition. It contains all the biggest moments from 'Traveling At The Speed Of Thought' to 'Give The Drummer Some' and never fails to be as raw as it is real.
