CONDITION DETAILS Import from Europe. Made in West Germany. 12" Single. Vinyl plays nicely (play-graded). Cover looks great; light-scuffing and surface impressions (front/back). Inner-sleeve is original (generic white); clear tape near top-right. Spine is easy-to-read with very mild-wear. Little shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge; minor wear to corners. Top-edge has text and is easy-to-read. Opening is crisp with signs of light use. This release has four mixes. Red and green labels. (Not a cut-out.)

ABOUT THE RECORD Straight Up by Paula Abdul reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 and brought her widespread public attention. It was written and produced by Elliot Wolff. The song is a mid-tempo dance tune. Daniel J. Levitin's This Is Your Brain on Music praises the song as "hold[ing] a certain appeal over many, many listenings."
