This record is from my personal collection. Have not played it in 50 years (almost). It's in pretty good condition for its age. Keep in mind, nothing is perfect, I do expect it to play pretty well though.
Please note that this example comes with the 'Lyric Sheet' in the center of the album cover pages. Has not been detached and is original to the album.
The album cover does show a little wear at the bottom of the spine, bottom and top edges. Pretty good for an over 50 year example.
I have seen a wide price range on this particular album. All without the lyric sheet. Therefore I have priced this higher than the most expensive one that I found on eBay. I will entertain offers and suggestions in regards to other listings that I have online on eBay.
