Here is how we’ll make sure it gets to you in one piece and manage shipping and handling
When appropriate, we use more than enough bubble wrap to protect your item. If it’s more appropriate to use packing peanuts, we’ll do that. Your item’s safety is high priority
If it’s a record (7”, 10”, or 12”), it’ll be in a 3-mil bag (nice and thick) and packed in a record specific NEW/UNUSED box and backing board for extra protection
If it’s media (VHS cassettes, DVDs, CDs, Blu-Ray, Records) we use USPS Media Mail with Free tracking. If you'd like USPS Priority Mail, please let me know as soon as you purchase the listing and do NOT pay for it until I send an invoice reflecting the accurate price for USPS priority mail
We turn everything around in 1 day. If you order before 1:00 p.m. during the week, we’ll get it out same day. All things ordered AFTER 1 p.m. on Friday and all-day Saturday and all-day Sunday will go out on Monday
OF COURSE, I combine shipping – it’s just bad business not to do so. I don’t have a set incremental increase, but I am reasonable and know you work hard for your money and even if you don’t, I’ll save you some green on shipping and handling.
If you order more than one listing, please wait for invoice before paying. This will allow me to adjust the shipping (combined shipping) for your order
Here’s how we check and ensure quality and consistency
**All Cassettes (audio and video*) will be rewound before they’re shipped to you and all VHS bundles will be sent in a sturdy box
· I currently have no way to play test Betamax cassettes, nor rewind them
All records are play tested for accurate grading and cleaned before you buy them. We realize the importance of trust in grading when purchasing records online. Please know that I'm also a record collector and will treat you the way I'd expect to be treated as if I were the buyer.

Grading Scale
M (MINT)
We will only consider something MINT if it is sealed and unmarked/untouched.
Occasionally
sealed items have breaks in the seal, but not to the point where the record
could’ve been removed. In these instances I’ll mark it “M-“(MINT MINUS)
Vinyl = No flaws, defects, marks, or other indications of being handled or
played.
Cover = Perfect cover; NO dings, marks, tears, dents, bends, creases or other
flaws. Occasionally sealed items have bends or minor creases. In these instances
I’ll mark it “M-“(MINT MINUS)
NM (NEAR MINT)
Vinyl = Almost flawless. Virtually no scuffs visible, certainly no scratches.
Cover = Cover should have little to no flaws.
EX (Excellent)
Vinyl = May have a couple tiny paper scuffs and/or a couple of light scratches,
but nothing that would interfere with play or the sound quality.
Cover = Cover may have very minimal wear overall, any wear is slight and hardly
noticeable.
VG+ (VERY GOOD PLUS)
Vinyl = Some visible surface wear (scuffs and/or scratches that CANNOT be
felt), which may have VERY MINIMAL impact on the sound quality.
Cover = Cover will show some wear and may have a bend and/or creases. There may
be some ring wear and/or edge wear, but it doesn't overpower the artwork. No
split seams/tape or records poking through the spine.
VG (VERY GOOD)
Vinyl = Scuffs and/or scratches will be more noticeable than a VG+ record and
there may be one or two small scratches that can be felt.
Surface noise should only occur occasionally (mostly between tracks, during
quiet passages and where a small, felt scratch may exist).
Cover = Will have some of the same wear listed for a VG+ cover but more
pronounced, with more noticeable ring wear and/or edge wear. May include name
written somewhere, minor water mark, larger bends and/or creases and possibly a
seam split.
We
have decided that anything below a VG is going to be a rare occurrence unless
the album is of great worth due to rarity, and/or collectability.
G+ (GOOD PLUS)
Vinyl = Extensively played vinyl with some scratches that may be felt, probably
causing SOME surface noise (hisses, pops, crackles).
Cover = Generally worn overall and will have several of the following flaws:
full seam splits, writing, significant ring wear and/or edge wear, damaged
corners, tears, cuts, scuffs, seam repairs, heavy water damage, or other flaws.
G (GOOD)
Vinyl = More pronounced that G+, Extensively played vinyl with some large
scratches that can be felt, causing distracting surface noise (hisses, pops,
crackles).
Cover = Generally worn overall and will have several of the following flaws:
full seam splits, writing, significant ring wear and/or edge wear, damaged
corners, tears, cuts, scuffs, seam repairs, heavy water damage, or other flaws.
P (POOR)
Vinyl = There will be major noise and possibly skips from extensive scratches
that can be felt.
Cover = extensive water damage, split on 2 or more sides completely, illegible
spine, etc. Poor means poor...
