This vinyl record is in VG+ (a couple scuffs and light scratches that don't affect audio) condition. Album plays well, the original plain white sleeve (EX) is included. Gate fold album cover (VG, a few small stains on front, slight ring and edge wear with corner creases, see scan) doesn't have any splits and doesn't have any writing on it. This copy of Real Estate's Days album is a great listen with minimal "clicks" or "pops". Highly enjoyable! All of our record albums are play-tested and your satisfaction is guaranteed!
