Alma de diamante is the first studio album by the Argentine rock band Spinetta Jade, and the twelfth with a decisive participation by Luis Alberto Spinetta. It was recorded in 1980. The album was presented in advance in August of that same year at the Obras Sanitarias Stadium. The band formed with Luis Alberto Spinetta (guitar and voice), Pomo Lorenzo (drums), Juan del Barrio (keyboards), Diego Rapoport (keyboards) and Beto Satragni (bass). The album is made up of seven themes by Spinetta under the inspiration of the work of the anthropologist Carlos Castaneda, related to chamanism.
