The record itself is in Excellent (EX) condition with just about no visible marks and absolutely no scratches. The cover on the outside looks really nice, but there is quite a bit of wear on the inside of the gatefold, and because of that, this cover can only be graded as just better than Good (G+) condition. Even still, this is a great buy!
