Here's my Andrew Oldham Orchestra single 45rpm of '365 Rolling Stones etc., and 'Oh, I do like to see you on the B Side' on the B side, in original sleeve. I bought this back in the day and haven't played it for years, but I just did and it sounds great and plays perfectly. I haven't tried to clean it in case I damage it in some way. You will note the three tabs on each side...well, we used to stick these on to stop them sliding around if you put several 45s on the same stack. I could try and remove them, but I think they now belong to the record. I'm not a dealer, so descriptions are my personal opinion.
