Pappos Blues Volumen 8 Caso Cerrado is a mix of blues, rock and roll, hard rock and heavy metal. As he had already done on his local Blues album (1992), Pappo included a series of classics from the history of rock and roll, some with Spanish translations such as the versions of "Ruta 66" (Route 66) and "Castillos mágicos españoles" (Spanish Castle Magic) by Jimi Hendrix.

Unlike previous Pappo's Blues albums, this work is not based on a stable trio format, but rather included numerous guest musicians. Among them are international figures, such as Carmine Appice and Tim Bogert (both former Vanilla Fudge and Beck, Bogert & Appice), Michael Parker, Ron Maldonado, Deacon Jones and even John Lee Hooker himself, who gives him a voice. to "People Don't Care". Among the guests of the national scene, the work has the presence of Michel Peyronel, Botafogo, Machy Madco, Peteco Carabajal, Juanse, Black Amaya and Celeste Carballo, among others.
