The soundtrack to “Coraline” is as haunting as it is whimsical. With the help of the Budapest Orchestra and Choir behind him, composer Bruno Coulais captures the dark child-like imagination of the titular protagonist with menace and aplomb.

Coraline (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) double album originally released on Mondo MOND-018 in 2016. This is the 2021 repress on beautiful purple & blue swirl colored, 180 gram vinyl. It is a 2-record set pressed at 45 RPM and housed in a gatefold jacket featuring artwork by Michael DePippo. This was a limited edition run that sold out almost immediately and is now out of print.

I am the original owner of this album which is in like-new condition but has a scuff from the factory  on side C. Set is complete with gatefold jacket, obi strip, both poly-lined inner sleeves and two-sided printed insert. Shrink wrap is still attached to gatefold jacket. Jacket has a top right corner ding and a seam split on top edge. Printed insert is not shown in the photos since I have not removed it from the jacket, but it is included in brand new condition.

LP #1 has never been played all the way through; I only played the first :30 of each side to verify that it’s not warped. Side B has a small scuff from the factory about 1/4" long. LP #2 has been washed in a Spin-Clean and played exactly twice. It arrived from the factory with some scuffing about 1/2” wide on side C on track 3. As a result, there are constant, regular clicks throughout track 3; most of side C is noisier than it should be with random clicks and pops throughout, but the whole side does play through without skipping. Side D has the occasional pop/click but sounds nice overall with no skips. Labels are all like new. See photos for details. From a smoke-free home.
