Jacket has moderate cosmetic as pictured for low VG+. Discs VG-, a fair but not entirely overwhelming amount of light scratches present (New York State Of Mind has a couple of feelable scratches that do affect play, skips and sound distortion). On the whole it’s playable but with some surface noise and definitely as mentioned there will be the occasional skip.
