Jacket has light to moderate cosmetic wear as pictured for VG+, unique sleeve not included. Disc quite clean overall but here’s the important part: this disc has a noticeable though relatively slight dish warp. I tested this as playable - no skips, some surface noise at the start of sides - but before purchasing I would strongly urge you to think about whether your gear tends to handle this sort of thing well (a heavier arm rather than a light, flimsy one for example).
