Cafe Tacuba launched the album Avalancha de Exitos in 1996, a record in which the members of the group decide to pay tribute to those artists who in one way or another influenced their musical career. The album is made up of versions at the "tacvba" style. The album contains famous songs by artists such as: Juan Luis Guerra, Leo Dan, among others..... This work obtained its first nomination for the Grammy Awards in 1998 in the category "Best Latin Rock / Alternative Performance", losing to Los Fabulosos Cadillacs for their album Fabulosos Calavera. An Iconic album for Latin American Rock released for the first time in a Deluxe Special Vinyl Edition. This edition comes with a fantastic 12-page booklet containing the history behind the album.
