These are great Christmas albums, volumes 3 to 7. I'm out of volume 1, which is rare and hard to find, and volume 2, which is becoming hard to find. It's the blue one in the picture. The story behind these records is this: Before all-season radial tires, Firestone and Goodyear used to sell Christmas record albums cheaply or just plain gave them away when customers came in before Christmas in the 1960s to get snow tires put on their cars. They feature lots of great artists singing traditional Christmas carols or songs -- Leontyne Price, Vikki Carr, Julie Andrews, the Vienna Boys Choir, Vic Damone, Rise Stevens, Gordon MacRae, Roberta Peters and others. The jackets on all these albums are very good or better, the vinyl records are all very good. You will hear some surface noise and on some records it may be persistent, especially in quieter passages, but these still sound great.
