Vinyl: VG+ condition, some light marks that do not affect playback, center labels have light signs of wear but are in great shape overall.
Sleeve: Jacket has moderate wear, primarily shelf wear and corner creasing, some sticker residue markings, please see photos for details. No seam splits. This copy has a bit of water damage discoloration on the upper right.
Additional Description: Selling a solid batch of Rick Dees' Weekly Top 40 4xLP sets - overall condition is very good, records are VG+ or better with a couple exceptions that I will note in the description.
Jackets have moderate wear overall but no seam splits.
Inserts and info sheets are EX all around, excellent condition.
Will be packed with care!

I am a record collector selling off some pieces of my collection in an effort to downsize and make a bit of extra money. I have worked in the record business and am I strict, conservative grader. On some higher-end LPs I've opted for USPS Priority Mail over Media Mail.
All records securely packed in sturdy cardboard mailers with LP outside jacket in a plastic outer sleeve.
