El Jardin de los Presentes is the third and last studio album by the Argentine band Invisible, in its second stage as a quartet, made up of Luis Alberto Spinetta, Machi Rufino, Pomo Lorenzo and Tomas Gubitsch, and the ninth in which it has a decisive participation Spinetta. It is considered a masterpiece of Argentine "National Rock" and considered # 28 among the 100 best Argentine rock albums by Rolling Stone magazine. The song "El Anillo Del Capitan Beto" was included in the position # 52 among the 100 best in the history of Argentine rock, in the survey carried out by Rolling Stone magazine and the MTV chain,  and # 66 of the survey carried out by the site rock.com.ar. The song "Los Libros de la Buena Memoria" has also been highlighted among the musician's 10 best. In 2009, Spinetta chose a theme from the album, "Perdonado (Ninio Condenado)", to be included in the historical recital Spinetta and the Eternal Bands, in which he reviewed all his work. It was made at CBS studios and released in mid-1976. The LP was presented on August 6, 1976 with a massive recital for the time, at the Luna Park Stadium.
