Van Halen's "1984" album released on Warner Bros. Records 23985-1 in 2010. This is the much-lauded 180 gram remaster cut from the original analog master tapes by Chris Bellman and pressed at RTI. the initials “CB” can be seen in the dead wax on both sides. The packaging has been replicated to the finest detail. Contains their biggest hits “Jump”, Panama”, “Hot For Teacher” and “I’ll Wait”.

I am the original owner of this album which is in Near Mint (NM) condition. It has been washed in a Spin-Clean and has only been played a handful of times, probably less than 10 total. Both sides play without skipping and sound great. There is very little surface noise, only noticeable during quiet parts and the beginning/end of each side. No scratches, just a few fingerprint-like light marks on each side that does not affect the sound.
Side 1 label has a faint line through it, otherwise labels are like new. Printed insert is also like new. Jacket is solid, with no marks, creases or seam splits. There’s a very small corner ding on the top right. See photos for details. From a smoke-free home.
