The original of this 10"LP was released on the Columbia label in 1956 with a total of six songs.  The new edition of Bear Family is based on the Canadian pressing of that time.  To spice up the original, we have added four bonus tracks, all of which were also released in 1956! The original is very hard to find, at prices beyond the $500 limit. Robbins' rockabilly recordings perfectly fit into our 10" series. Marty Robbins always had a deep aversion to Rock 'n' Roll and yet, for whatever reason, recorded this great album. Rockabilly at its very best! Limited edition of 500 copies on colored vinyl. Marty Robbins would probably prefer to forget that he ever recorded this album, this famous, extremely rare and sought-after album, originally released on a 10"LP in Canada and Brazil. Marty's heart wasn't necessarily in Rock 'n' Roll, but that doesn't mean that he couldn't get it right! (which 'Rock 'n Roll 'n Robbins' proves emphatically).
