DESCRIPTION

From a single ownder estate! Amazing condition! Just the lightest shelf wear to outer box. These appear to have little to no use! Note: these are untested and buying as-is. But we honestly don't know how you could do better!

Keep in mind, you are bidding on a vintage item - expect natural aging....look at the large pictures provided. Also, please be aware that close up pictures might emphasize dust and minor imperfections that you won't see with the naked eye. Most of our items are from 30 to 50 years old and will have some degree of stress cracks, crazing, etc. Expect them. We do not highlight 'typical wear' unless we feel it is out of the norm. Additionally, wires get brittle, rubber dry rots, strings get frail. Talking mechanisms go mute. Battery operated items stop working. All our items are sold for display purposes only.  We will always tell you the operability of items in our possession - but we cannot, in any way, offer any guarantees of their continued operability. We're back! For now. Yes, we're back. Did you miss us? After 9 months of being punitively punished by eBay for not signing up to their "managed payments" plan, we finally relented when they pulled the plug on ALL our active listings (during this time, we couldn't add or edit listings but could let our normal store items "ride"). But eBay has become a very hostile environment for small business sellers - especially vintage dealers whose business model doesn't fall in line with eBay's forced one-size-fits-all model. We will be ramping up our presence in other venues - where sales tax won't be collected and we can offer better pricing. Look for us. In the meantime, feel free to purchase items here on eBay if you like.
Who We Are L & L Collectables is a small, family run business. We have been buying, selling, and, yes, collecting since the early 80's.  As veterans of 'local' toy, doll, and antique shows, we actually miss the human contact so feel free to contact us via email or phone anytime.   In the world of collecting, 'small business' often translates to poor customer service - we hope our eBay feedback demonstrates we always do our best to treat our customers as we would like to be treated. Payment Payment is due within 2 days of auction close or date of purchase - EXCEPTION: if payment is snail mailed, we request it to be mailed within 2 business days.   Ebay insists on PayPal, but we have no problem with just about any other method.  ( Personal cks are held up to 10-15 days to clear.) California insists we collect 9.25% sales tax for California residents - unless you can provide a valid resale number. Paypal payments - we will ONLY ship to shipping address listed on Paypal payment. Communication  We do our best to answer all emails regarding active listings/sold items within one business day.   We  don't always answer offers to take less (if we wanted to list it for less or with a 'make offer' option, we would have) or on closed/sold listings.

Shipping & Handling We have found that the eBay shipping calculator is often incorrect, so don't count on it as the final word.   We only charge exact shipping/insurance costs. Feel free to email if you feel shipping cost showing up is incorrect.
We have just switched to calculated shipping so please let us know if something seems off.  We offer more than one shipping option.  The cheapest option does NOT always show up first so please look at different options Paypal payments - we will ONLY ship to shipping address listed on Paypal payment page (this is an eBay and Paypal requirement). We charge exact shipping and insurance charges on all orders - we do not charge packing nor handling fees. Signature required on all packages over $500. Combined shipping:  Yes, we combine shipping.  Please request invoice (or it will cost you a little more) International buyer pays EXACT shipping & insurance (VAT/Taxes/Duty is the responsibility of the buyer. Please know your own country's fees for imports). Shipping Time:   Our normal shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays.  There is a one business day processing time needed for shipments (ie items paid by midnight Sunday will go out Tuesday.  We try to get most items paid on Monday shipped on Tuesday - but if time doesn't permit, please don't expect package to ship until Friday). Shipping Costs - we ship at EXACT cost. We actually lose money as we don't charge a handling fee or for supplies. A few years back, the shippers went to dimensional weights/measurements. What this means is that costs have gone up tremendously on large things in terms of where you ship and how big it is. Something large shipping to a town over can be 1/3 the price of the same item going to the opposite (East) coast. Also, eBay's shipping calculator is often way off from what our 3rd party shipper charges. If you're more than a couple of states over (we're in California) and your item is big and heavy - or things just don't look right - PLEASE ask for a direct shipping quote. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS � PLEASE NOTE:

We REALLY love selling internationally.  We've met many people through the years and many have become our dearest friends.  Your business is important and valuable to us. However, please do not purchase, if you are unable to comply with the following:
Due to eBay's ever confining rules and restrictions, after 20 years of selling internationally on eBay, we can no longer do so except for limited exceptions. Feel free to write us directly for details.
WE DO NOT FALSIFY CUSTOMS FORMS. Please do not ask us to put down a false amount or classify as a gift. It is the buyer's responsibility to know and pay all their own country's duty/import taxes and fees. Damaged in Shipping/Returns & Refund Policy
Damaged Items: If an item arrived damaged, contact us immediately.  Please be sure to retain ALL packaging including the box and packing materials, and we will file an insurance claim for you.

Returns:   No returns.  Everything is sold AS-IS.  Buyer is responsible for reading description and reviewing large pictures provided.  The items we sell are vintage collectables so expect natural aging/wear.  However, we will consider return if there was a significant oversight in listing.  Please contact us for authorization. Buyers would be responsible for ALL return shipping and insurance costs. Insurance would be required and must cover the eBay final bid price.  Changes of heart (ie buyer's remorse) will never be a legitimate return reason.  We will not consider for return any 'sealed' item which has been open by buyer - regardless of contents. We also reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for returns or order cancellations - at our discretion.  We do NOT offer partial refunds.
