Issued on May 30, 1966. The single was issued 11 days later in the UK. Once again, Compo was the only plant to press the single; RCA pressed no copy whatsoever. The matrix information is also hand-written. This was the last single to have the perimeter print on first pressings with the word CANADA without brackets. As shown in the photos there is some damage to the sleeve, it is still intact nonetheless.
