Please see all photos and I have more if you need them . My daughter in laws late Daddy collected thousands of vinyl mostly rock and was persnickety in his collection and it’s care .
I don’t pretend to know about professional grading of vinyl or baseball cards or coins or stamps but i am going to call them excellent if they appear to have not been played or minimal. If I see any sign of damage to the vinyl I will call it out . Same on jackets and sleeves . Ask questions
