A seminal punk classic like 'Scared To Dance' needs little introduction. What Skids achieved with their 1979 debut has had lasting ripple effects for over forty years.

Be it the sonic birthplace of Stuart Adamson's 'bagpipe guitar' which would become a cornerstone of his later project, Big Country, or that it spawned the future football anthem, 'Into The Valley', subsequently adopted by the band's local team, Dunfermline Athletic F.C as well as Charlton Athletic F.C., its legacy is as extensive as it is often overlooked.

Even U2 and Green Day had a global hit with their cover of the classic single, 'The Saints Are Coming.'

Beautifully remastered with crisp clarity provided to Adamson's riffs and the militant marching band snare rattles perfectly elevated, there's never been a better opportunity to snag a revitalised, immortalised, bona-fide gem.
