Think of this new 12" as a collection that brings together the best of both of the two previous volumes of Duploc War Dubs. Across the two sides of wav, deep dubstep in all its darkness and freshest forms is explored by a range of genre innovators. Smith kicks off with a remix of Ternion Sound that is edgy and textured, and an Abstrakt Sonance remix then layers up the bass weight and saw tooth low end synths. Elsewhere an impressive Woven Thorns remix does great things with negative space.
