Entre el Cielo y el Infierno is Rata Blanca's fourth album, released in 1994 by BMG. On this album the band ventures into a heavier sound than their previous ones, having as new vocalist Mario Ian, ex-member of Hellion and Alakrán. The album was recorded at La Nave studios in Madrid, Spain, and presented on a Latin American tour. They were invited to play at the Monsters of Rock festival in São Paulo (Brazil), along with Ozzy Osbourne, Megadeth, Therapy? and Alice Cooper, in September 1995, although it would be Rata Blanca's only work with Mario Ian. The last track on the album, "Banda Viajera", is an adaptation of the 1970 Creedence Clearwater Revival song "Travelin' Band".
