14 Episodios Sinfonicos by Gustavo Cerati is about the historic concert at the National Auditorium in Mexico City, on February 9, 2002. This album is the recording of the performance with which the Argentine artist began the historic tour presenting the then brand-new album "11 Symphonic Episodes " (published in 2001), which took him to the stages of six rooms (eight shows) in some of the main cities of Latin America. As its title indicates, the new album adds three new tracks/episodes not included in the repertoire of the original project, one of which is precisely "LISA (Symphonic Live)". Classics from Soda Stereo and Gustavo's, at the time, incipient solo career, showing all his vocal talent in the style of a velvety crooner, accompanied by the Camerata de las Américas orchestra, with arrangements and direction by Alejandro Terán. The spirit of this tour was the risky artistic proposal that implied the orchestral format, which was not very common then for the repertoire of a popular musician from rock, much less as it is heard here: only with his voice, without the base of a band or electric instruments.
