The vinyl; Side A is VG+ and Side B is VG+. Record mildly scuffed but plays well. Plain paper sleeve has small crease and is intact. Cardboard is in VG+ condition. Please refer to pictures. Pics were taken in a sunlight background and indoor lighting.
