Famously used in both Married To The Mob and, more poignantly, on Silence Of The Lambs, "Goodbye Horses" was Q Lazzarus's only hit and a mystery has surrounded her ever since. The subject of many reissues and versions, this is the first time it's been included with a selection of demos which add to the song's mystique as we're taken through various late 80s studio twists that teeter on the dynamics of proto-house. "Tears Of Fear" and "Transformation" add more twists to Q's tale as we're fired through a cannon of synth wave, alt-boogie and full-on, lighters-out balladry.
