The record condition is "VG+" Surfaces have nice sheen, with light scuffs and handling marks. There is a defect on Side 2 at the end of the first track into the beginning of the second track (about 30 seconds). It may be a defect or it may have been caused by a needle drop. I can't tell. You can hear it in the second audio clip. Plays as heard in clips below.
Stampers are SP-1-8481-D2 and SP-2-8481-D2.
The cover is as shown in the scans, with a 1" split at the lower right opening. The cover also has a musty "basement" odor. (That is actually fixable.)
