Future Nostalgia is the second studio album by British singer Dua Lipa. It was released on March 27, 2020 by Warner Records. For the album, she found inspiration in the music of artists that Dua Lipa listened during her teens, such as Gwen Stefani, Moloko, Daft Punk and Outkast. The album was promoted with six singles and a promotional single, "Don't Start Now" as the album's lead single. It became her seventh top 10 entry on the UK Singles Chart and her first top three entry on the US Billboard Hot 100. The album's title track "Future Nostalgia" was released as a promotional single. The second single "Physical" premiered on January 31, 2020 and reached number seven on the UK Singles Chart, while that "Break My Heart" was released as the album's third single. To promote the album, Lipa will kick off the Future Nostalgia Tour in October 2021. The album reached number one on the UK chart, becoming their first material to reach that position while on the US Billboard 200 it peaked at number three. It peaked at number one in nine different countries. including Scotland, UK, Estonia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Finland, Lithuania, Ireland and New Zealand. On Spotify, it broke three records on the platform, becoming the most streamed album in one day by a British female artist globally and the most streamed album in one day by a British female artist in the UK and US. After 67 weeks, as of the week of July 20, 2021, Future Nostalgia remains in the top 10 of the Billboard 200, at number six. Definitely a classic album that you must have in your vinyl collection.
