This is PRE-ORDER. It will ship on or around October 28th as I have to receive it from Target first, ensure that the sleeve is in good condition, then forward it on to you.
It will be sealed unless you request in the order notes for it to be carefully unsealed and the disc removed to prevent split seams during shipping. Ships via USPS Media Mail or Priority Mail, buyer's choice, then via Pitney-Bowes and then your local carrier if international. Customs will be taken care of by eBay's Global Shipping Program.
