All items are sold as is.  This is a used/surplus item unless stated above. Item has no warranty either expressed or implied. Description of item is correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing. Condition as stated is what we deem as an accurate assessment of the condition and integrity of the product.  Buyer assumes all responsibility and risk with regard to use of the sold item. Seller is free of any and all liability and held harmless regarding the use and activities with this item. 

Shipping and Handling

The S&H price listed below is for continental United States shipping ONLY. All items will go out USPS First Class if they are 12oz or less. All items 13oz and above will go out USPS Priority Mail or Fed Ex.

I will not ship internationally (this includes Canada) unless inquired and approved to bid. International S&H will be additional cost to what is listed below.

Payment must be received within 5 days of auction end or a Non-paying bidder alert will be filed and negative feedback will be left. No exceptions.
