Inner sleeve is original and is in very good plus condition with partial seam split on bottom of sleeve. The album cover is in very good plus condition. Normal edge, corner, and spine wear from storage and use of record. No seam splits on cover. Front cover autographed by artists with COA certification affixed to front cover.
