Inner sleeve is in very good plus condition with partial seam split on three sides of sleeve. Album cover is in excellent condition. Light edge, corner and spine wear from storage and use of record. No seam splits on cover. Catalog info is visible on spine. Overall record apoears to have been well taken care of. Comes with clear plastic protective sleeve. See photos for further details.
