The condition of the cover is an overall VG. The outside plastic sleeve is VG with some discoloration and crease (see photos). The cover itself is VG to VG+ with minor moisture evidence at the bottom (see photos), no splits. The condition of the WHITE LABEL PROMO disc is G+. It has considerable scuffs and light marks. It does play through with some significant surface, mostly at the beginning of both sides, but absolutely no skips here.
