Re is the second studio album by the Mexican band Café Tacvba released in 1994. It was recorded in Los Angeles, California and Cuernavaca, Morelos under the production of Argentine Gustavo Santaolalla. This is considered his best studio material. For this album Café Tacvba had the participation of other artists such as Luis Conte and Alejandro Flores. Rubén Albarrán, vocalist of the group, is credited on this album as "Cosme". In this Album, the band experiments with various musical genres, from regional Mexican music, such as trio, huapango, norteño and banda music, to others as diverse as punk, heavy metal, funk, grunge, mambo, Brazilian samba and Jamaican ska.
