SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

- We use Australia Post to post all our products

- Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days at the latest

- Delivery time will depend on your location. We are located in Sydney. For the main cities, it can take from as little as 2 days and up to 4 business days. For rural areas and non-metro, it can take up to 7 working days.

- We provide tracking numbers for all of our orders. For any questions, it would be easier for you to contact Australia post directly, as we will need to do the same thing if you have questions about your parcels. this will save you time.

- If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address given by the customer, the customer is required to pay for delivery again. If we have misspelled your address, we will send it again free of charge. If the customer decides to cancel the order, the postage charge will be deducted from the refund + $2 restocking and handling fees. 

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES **IMPORTANT**:

- Delivery time will depend on your location. We are located in Australia and the minimum shipping time is 2 weeks to any country. and can take up to 8 weeks especially in busy times such as the Christmas period.

- If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address given by the customer, the customer is required to pay for delivery again. If we have misspelled your address, we will send it again free of charge. If the customer decides to cancel the order, the postage charge will be deducted from the refund + $2 restocking and handling fees. 

Returns

CHANGE OF MIND REFUNDS:

- If you have simply changed your mind, you are welcome to return the products to us at your own expense within 30 days.

- The postage fee will be deducted from your refund + $2 handling and re-stocking fee.

 

FAULTS REFUNDS:

- If the item is faulty, send it back to us for a full refund within 30 days.

- We will pay for the return postage and any exchange if needed.

 

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE IF:

- You have provided the wrong address. If we need to re-send the product, you must pay for shipping again.

- Your request for a refund has exceeded 30 days after receiving your order
