This is the Carpenters " An Old Fashioned Christmas" record LP. It was released in 1984 on the A&M label and is number SP 3270. 
This was play tested and it plays and sounds fantastic as well as looks great. See the pictures for a listing of the tracks. 
I am not a professional record grader and everyone's opinions on condition seem to vary. However, I have been buying, selling, and trading records for many years. I would rate this a high VG+ to NM for condition. It is super clean all around. The jacket I would rate as VG+. Nice, but shows some signs of storage/usage and some light ring wear. This is a super nice copy. It will be very hard to find a nicer one. 
This will be placed in a clear poly sleeve and shipped in an actual good quality record mailer. The cost of the mailer is a portion of the S/H cost. Thanks for looking.
