This item is new and in the shrink wrap. The cover was housed in a 3rd party outer sleeve over the shrink wrap and has very limited shelf wear. Since the item is new and sealed, the records should be in Mint condition.
This record was lovingly kept vertically in a non-smoking home with no pets and low humidity.
Shipping will be done via Media Mail and the item will be packaged with protective care to prevent damage.
