I am no vinyl expert but St. Pepper vinyl looks to be in used condition with marks, hairline scratches?. Outer cover is in good used condition and has a thick plastic outer sleeve.
Hard Day's Night outer sleeve has come unglued on bottom edge, vinyl shows signs of being played.
Hence, lower starting price.
