The record is VG++ ~ Vinyl has a great gleam with a couple very minor markings which should not effect the audio quality.
The sleeve is VG++ ~ There is slight ring wear, the corners are lightly dinged and the edges are very slightly worn with NO SPLITS. (see photos)
