Italy released LP on the Cramps label, cat# CRSLP-5104. Gatefold sleeve. Includes original inner sleeve. Record is clean and shows a couple light hairlines along with a light scratch (no feel). Labels are clean and show no spindle marks. Sleeve shows some wear on corners, a small crease on bottom right corner, several light, tiny indents along bottom edge on front, and some fading along the spine
