This compilation spans everything from very popular well known soul artists to hard to find singles by obscure but equally great artists. It's all HEAVY soul songs - no light weight fare here. Lots of deep ballads and a few groovers. There are also some amazing stripped down demo versions of popular tunes never before on vinyl.
