The record is VG+ ~ The record has a very nice gleam and is in excellent shape, it appears to have been hardly played.
The sleeve is VG+ ~ The sleeve has some slight concave bending, some sticker residue near the top right corner, there are minor corner dings and the edges are very lightly worn with NO SPLITS! (see photos)
