sleeve - looks fine. a bit tatty at the edges, remains of some sticker glue at one point.
vinyl - OK. I can see a few smudges/marks and light scratches. looks more average than good. BUT....I played it and it sounds great. There is a little bit of vinyl crackle at the beginning on one side but it basically all sounds bold, bright and clear. Give it a clean and it will probably come up even better - I haven't cleaned it, I'll leave that for you.
