CONDITION DETAILS PROMO text on front cover and label. Vinyl plays with occasional light-crackles (play-graded). Double LP. Cover looks okay, a few creases near edges; scuffing and faint surface impressions (front/back); discoloration spots on back. One inner-sleeve is original (Casablanca), with seams split near center; other inner-sleeve is generic white. Spine has significant wear, especially near top. Very-heavy shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners. Opening is mostly crisp with signs of use and divots. (Not a cut-out.)

ABOUT THE RECORD Return to Casablanca is a superb sampler of hits from artists on the Casablanca Record label. Casablanca's first major signing was Kiss, but became most successful as a disco label. They signed artists like Donna Summer, Giorgio Moroder, the Village People, Brooklyn Dreams, Patti Brooks and Lipps, Inc. (with lead vocalist Cynthia Johnson) as well as Four Tops, Cher, Irene Cara, Captain And Tennille, Dr. Hook, Mac Davis and George Clinton's great P-Funk band Parliament. Some singles featured on this compilation album were Rocket Ride (Kiss), Flashlight (Parliament), and Macho Man (Village People).
