Inner sleeve is original and is in good plus condition with seam splits. Also included is a generic sleeve in near mint condition.
Album cover is a gatefold cover and in very good plus condition. Normal edge, corner, and spine wear from storage and use of record. No seam splits on cover. 1 inch light fray on spine. Inside gatefold in very good plus condition. See photos for further details.
