Biggie's best albums have been hard to come by on vinyl without selling out a small fortune, but thankfully they have been getting some decent reissue treatment in recent years. Decades after he died, the pioneering rapper Christopher Wallace remains a hip-hop giant who had the flow, the character, the lyrics. His masterclass album Ready to Die shows all that and more with uber-hits like 'Juicy', tracks that make astute social commentaries about the black experience such as 'Everyday Struggle' and then some darn right killer grooves like 'One More Chance' and 'Big Poppa.' This is one of those albums that never loses its shine.
