This is the vinyl album "Revolver" by The Beatles. It was released on Capitol Records, catalog number T-2576. This vinyl album is an original first pressing, recorded in mono, and was released in 1966. It includes the tracks:

Although the record has a number of visible marks, it does play in Very Good (VG) condition. It does not skip and any marks have no further affect to how the record plays. The cover also has some significant wear to it, and is only in better than Good (G+) condition. Even still, this is a great buy!
